Bacon & Brew Fest - Missoula, Montana
Updated: Feb 21
Attended April 2019, Caras Park!

Nothing says fun like an event insired by bacon & microbrew beer!
If there's one event that sums up Montana, it would have to be the annual Bacon & Brew Fest in Missoula. But bacon and beer are not the only things on the menu for this event. You can typically find mixed drinks and other tasty eats from participating food trucks, but most of it is indeed sprinkled with bacon including the mini donuts with maple glaze. Not to worry, you have a whole night of live music to help you dance away the extra calories. The event is typically held every spring, at Caras Park in downtown Missoula. Make sure you dress for all four Montana seasons. I've attended this event in every weather known to Montana, including snow, sunshine, and pouring rain, and some of those, all on the same day. You would think the weather would lessen the crowd, but it hasn't seemed to so far. There are typically 10 or more food trucks to choose from, with dessert options, and generally 30 beers available to try including seasonal batches.
